Description: Today I have created this cool, two-toned, mermaid-inspired Blue eyeshadow tutorial. I have wanted to use my Huda Beauty Sapphire Obsessions palette for some time now, and this look didn't disappoint! When I move around and the metallic blues catch the light it gives off a duo-chrome finish that is so pretty! Blue eyeshadows pair beautifully with Brown eyes, but any eye colour can pull off this look, including different eye shapes, such as mono-lids and hooded eyes. This is my YouTube channel.
